Original etching by Percy B Hart C1930

Original etching titled 'The Gladstone Memorial and St Clement Danes' by the artist Percy B Hart. Nice view with a car in the foreground dating from around 1930. Signed in pencil by the artist.

The picture has some foxing and thinning of the paper to the left hand border, just encroaching on the image. However matted the thinning will not show at all, otherwise in good condition. Double click image for a more detailed view. Size of engraved area 310mm x 250mm.

Belfast ? Etching C1930

Super little etching of I believe Belfast by M Rudge dating from around 1930. I am assuming this is Belfast as it came with a portfolio of other engravings of the area.

The picture has a brown line around the border from a previous mount but this will matt out, otherwise in good condition. Double click image for a more detailed view. Size of engraved area 135mm x 95mm.
