Description: Early original copper plate engraving of Bethlehem Hospital by Pieter van de Aa. The engraving comes from James Beverell’s ‘Les Delices de la Grand Brettagne’ published in 1707.

Description: Copper plate engraving with two images; the upper picture is ‘N.W. View of the Chapel and Part of the Great-Stair Case leading to the Hall of Bridewell Hospital, London. The lower image shows ‘N.E View of the Court Room’. Engraved by B Howlett, the picture was published in London in 1813 by Robert Wilkinson.
